Scholarships are only generally given to bright students. They are very scarce and you have to be very competitive to get one. However, these days there are more diverse kinds of scholarships available. One of these is, scholarships for moms. These were set up to give mothers a chance to go to college. Juggling a career and motherhood is tough. For many mom's, they haven't even had a chance to begin their career. They have a job... and it's usually one they hate.
